Every box is baked the morning of your pickup day, then it waits for you on the porch. Pickup is Saturdays and Sundays, 10am to 2pm.

    Build the box

    Choose 4, 8, 12 and fill it with any mix of this week's flavors. Add a second box for a different size or a different person.

    Pick a day

    Orders need 2 days notice so there is time to bake. Pickup is Saturday and Sunday. Next open day is Saturday, September 12.

    Come by the porch

    Porch pickup in Globe, Arizona. The exact address is in your confirmation email. Your box will be waiting in the cooler on the front porch with your name on it. Text if you are running late.

Lale Bakery started at our kitchen counter in Globe, Arizona, with two very honest little taste-testers named Ari and Ayla. If a cookie did not get a second reach, it did not make the menu.

Every cookie is mixed, scooped, and baked by hand in small batches, with real butter, real vanilla, and more chocolate than is probably reasonable. Nothing is baked ahead and frozen. When a flavor runs out for the week, it runs out.

How far ahead do I need to order?

Two days. Orders placed by Thursday evening are ready for Saturday pickup. If you need something sooner, send a message and I will do my best.

Do you deliver or ship?

Not yet. All boxes are porch pickup in Globe. Delivery around Globe and Miami is coming soon for orders of two dozen or more.

How long do the cookies stay fresh?

They are best the day you pick them up. They keep for three days in an airtight container, or freeze well for up to a month. Ten seconds in the microwave brings them right back.

Can you make a custom flavor or a large order?

Yes. For events, weddings, and orders over 48 cookies, message me on Instagram or email and we will plan it together.

What about allergies?

Every cookie lists what it contains. Everything is baked in one kitchen that uses wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and tree nuts, so I cannot guarantee any cookie is free of them.
