New flavors every Tuesday, baked fresh for your pickup day. Choose your cookies, pick a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday pickup, and we'll have your order fresh and waiting for you on the porch.

LALE Bakery started right at our kitchen counter in Globe, Arizona, with two very honest little taste-testers. If a cookie did not get a second reach, it did not make the menu!

Every cookie is mixed, scooped, and baked by hand in small batches, with real high quality ingredients and plenty of the good stuff. We bake fresh for your pickup day, and when a flavor sells out for the week, it's gone until it comes back around.

How far ahead do I need to order?

No need to order days in advance! Cookies are baked fresh for your pickup day and available Friday through Sunday. Just be sure to order before your favorites sell out for the week!

Do you ship?

Not yet! LALE Bakery is local porch pickup only in Globe, Arizona. We hope to offer shipping in the future.

How long do the cookies stay fresh?

Our cookies are best enjoyed fresh, but they'll stay delicious for about 3 days in an airtight container at room temperature. For longer storage, freeze them for up to a month. Warm cookies in the microwave or oven to bring them back to that fresh-baked taste and texture.

Can you make a custom flavor or a large order?

Absolutely! We'd love to help with birthdays, parties, events, large orders, or custom flavors. Send us an email at lalebakeryllc@gmail.com and we'll plan something together.

What about allergies?

All ingredients and major allergens are listed on each cookie. Our cookies are made in a home kitchen that handles wheat, milk, soy, and tree nuts, so we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from these allergens.

Where do I pick up my order?

Pickup is from our porch in Globe, Arizona. The exact address and pickup instructions will be included in your order confirmation.

Can I request a flavor to come back?

Absolutely! Missing one of your favorites? Let us know which flavor you'd love to see again. We can't make any promises but it just might make its way back onto an upcoming menu.
